I know wellness, because not only did I build an entire career around it, I grew up smack dab in the middle of it.
My dad was a personal trainer, my mom works in healthcare as a functional health coach, and I followed in their footsteps to be a personal trainer and group fitness instructor back in college.

What platform will my site be on?
Showit - I use this because it’s beautiful, flexible, and easy to manage without needing a developer every time you want to change a sentence.
Is it really done in one week?
Yep! I block off the full week for your project and design in real-time. You'll have a fully functional, custom Showit site — live and launched — by the end of our time. It’s fast, focused, and built with intention.
What if I need to make changes after launch?
No problem. You’ll receive a post-launch walkthrough video and access to a Showit guidebook so you can confidently update your site anytime. Need extra help? I offer ongoing design support or VIP Day add-ons if you want me to handle updates for you.
What if I need more than a basic brand + website?
No worries! Check out the Full Brand Transformation! We go deeper into branding, add more deliverables (social templates, email templates, etc.), and still keep the process fast.
Do I need to prepare for the wellness website experience?
Yes — but don’t worry, I make it easy. Once you book, I’ll send you a prep guide to gather everything I need: your copy, photos, brand strategy questionnaire, and a quick form to understand your goals. Everything should be submitted 48 hours before your build week so we can hit the ground running.
I’m not in the wellness industry, can I still book?
Yep! While I niche in wellness because I get the industry, my process works for any brand that wants a site that looks good and works even harder.
What if I don’t have photos or copy yet?
We can’t start without them. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the only way I can deliver a killer site in one week. If you need help with copywriting or brand photography, I can connect you with pros I trust.
What if I need more than the pages offered?
No worries! We can add 1 or 2 additional pages during our week for an additional $150 per page. If you need a larger scale website we can add on additional days (each additional day is $400). Or check out the Full Brand Transformation for a more in-depth project scope!
